CLASS 11 – FJDE Friday 21st March and Monday 24th March. Modal Verbs “CAN” “COULD” “MAY” “MIGHT” “MUST” “SHOULD” “WOULD” “SHALL”

This lesson was difficult from the perspective of completely understanding and remembering the modal verbs an their meaning. That was not the true point of the class. It was really to introduce the modal verbs, get you familiar with them and be able to go through lots of examples and vocabulary. I think the class did very well.

I include my class plan here as a pdf, the modal verb “cheat sheet” I put together and the YouTube video we went through which explains well the “power” level of teh modal verbs.

We decided that, for FJDE, our “test” date would be 21st April. So, we will start to recap on past classes as we move forward.
